Instructions for Downloading a User Template:

Step 1: After selecting a user template, a file download prompt will appear.

Step 2: At the File Download prompt, choose Open.

Step 3: Complete the User Template for those who will have OneSource access.

Step 4: Choose File, Save As.

Step 5: Using the "Save In" pull down, select Desktop.

Step 6: As shown below, enter a unique file name for your user template in the File Name box.

(Do not use spaces in the file name)
   

Step 7: Click Save.

Step 8: Click Here to Upload your template file.
