Passport’s Sliding-Fee Review (SFR) is designed specifically for federally qualified health center (FQHC) sites. It automatically identifies date-specific Medicaid coverage on sliding-fee accounts and can also identify Medicare and third-party insurance, as
applicable.

Numerous studies have shown that, on average, between 5% and 35% of all active sliding-fee accounts are covered by Medicaid for specified dates-of-service. With SFR, these accounts will be immediately identified, re-classified, billed and collected. A simple system update may be all that is required to facilitate immediate payments.
