Paul Joiner

Paul Joiner’s role includes overseeing industry research, investor relations and internal data analysis for improving the business operations and financial performance of Passport Health Communications Inc. He is also heavily involved in sales strategy and due diligence surrounding mergers and acquisitions and other financial transactions. His strong background in health care, capital markets and finance lend perspective to the organization as it continues on a high-growth course.
Prior to joining Passport, Joiner was a Senior Associate with Jefferies & Company, Inc., where he conducted equity research on health care information technology companies. Before that he was a Senior Consultant at LBMC Healthcare LLC. He also served as Vice President of Origination and a Senior Underwriting Analyst at Pine Creek Healthcare Capital LLC, and as a project manager with Healthcare Management Directions Inc.
Joiner holds a master’s degree in accountancy from Belmont University and a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of Mississippi. He is involved in the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society.
