Joan Hall
Senior Vice President, Clinical Orders
Joan Hall oversees Healthworks - Passport Health Communication’s Clinical Orders Division. She is responsible for generating revenue from the Business Unit through client growth and retention and manages operations, sales, marketing, product development, implementation support and service. She also manages ongoing relationships with related business partners and collaborates with Passport’s corporate office shared services and leadership from the organization’s other Business Units to integrate applicable products and services.
Hall has been with Passport since 2005 when the company acquired King of Prussia, Pa.-based Healthworks Alliance. She had been with Healthworks Alliance since 1995. She most recently served as Vice President – Product Management, Compliance and before that was Vice President of Operations for the Compliance Division.
Hall has more than 35 years of health care experience, including as Director of Hospital Outreach Network for a Pennsylvania hospital, where she implemented and managed a computerized outreach program providing laboratory and radiology services to 30 physician and nursing home clients. She began her career as a medical technician and was later named Assistant Director of Laboratory Services, managing nearly 100 hospital employees.
Hall is Board Certified MT by the American Society of Clinical Pathology. She holds an associate’s degree in medical technology and a bachelor’s degree in biochemical technology.
