David Whitt
Chief Financial Officer
David Whitt became CFO at Passport Health Communications, Inc. in January 2010. He is responsible for all financial and legal functions of the organization.
Prior to joining Passport, Whitt spent 10 years as CFO and Treasurer at Cavalier Telephone Corporation, a more than $250 million company in Richmond, Va. He has 20 years of financial experience, including positions at KPMG LLP, PricewaterhouseCoopers and as Corporate Controller for a large HVAC equipment supplier.
Whitt is a summa cum laude graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has a wide range of expertise in controllership, tax management, auditing, compliance, pricing and financial analysis. He has also led activities surrounding major leveraged equity investments, mergers and acquisitions and debt recapitalizations.
