Jim Quagliaroli - Director
Jim Quagliaroli joined Spectrum Equity in 2002. He began his
private equity career in 1997 at Citizens Capital where he supported equity and
mezzanine debt investments.
Quagliaroli is currently a Director of Extreme Reach, Inc.,
HealthMEDX LLC, Jagex Limited, Net Health Systems Holdco LLC and Passport
Health Communications, Inc. He was previously involved in Spectrum's
investments in American Tower Corporation (NYSE: AMT), Bug Music, Inc.
(acquired by BMG Rights Management), Consolidated Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:
CNSL), and NEP, Inc. (acquired by American Securities Capital Partners).
He holds an A.B., magna cum laude, from Harvard College, where
he was nominated for a Rhodes Scholarship, and awarded the John P. Reardon, Jr.
Award, given to the class' most outstanding scholar-athlete. He serves on the
Philanthropic Trust of Boston Medical Center (BMC) and on the investment
committee of the Charles River School.
