FRANKLIN, Tenn. – Fast-growing Passport Health Communications, Inc., a leading
national provider of health care technology and services based in Franklin,
Tenn., has added four more employees.

Vera Payne is human resources analyst. She is responsible for recruiting and
supporting other human resources activities. Payne has seven years of HR
experience with Spheris, Baptist Hospital and Lee Memorial Health System.

Terence Smith is enrollment coordinator. Most recently Smith was
administrative manager at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. He was
also patient access manager at Nashville General Hospital.

Brett Walker is QA developer. His previous experience includes positions
with Link2Gov, Emdeon and several consulting stints in the Nashville area.

Ben
Worley is technical support analyst in the company’s customer support
division. Previously Worley was a business analyst/QA with IDR and has also
worked with ACS and Emdeon.
The
company has also promoted five employees.

Connie Bullard has been promoted from accounts receivable coordinator to
senior accounts receivable coordinator. She will continue focusing on
billing and collections and facets of office management. Bullard has been
with Passport since 2002.

Kristen Byrd, previously national trainer, has been named senior national
trainer. She is responsible for conducting on site and online trainings for
Passport clients throughout the U.S. and for assisting in the development of
training materials.

Grace Friedberg, previously technical support analyst, has been promoted to
senior technical support analyst. Friedberg will continue client support for
Passport’s integrated products and help guide the support team as new
product lines are added.

Denise Maddox has been promoted to senior director of implementation. She
served as project manager in the product development division since joining
Passport in 2005. In her new role, she will oversee the personnel and
process of moving Passport’s clients from the technology implementation
phase to “live” status. Her professional background includes software
development, project management and managing professional services including
product delivery.

Lisa Wayman has also been promoted to senior national trainer. Wayman is
instrumental in training Passport clients on the proper use and
functionality of integrated products and ensuring ongoing customer
satisfaction.
