FRANKLIN, Tenn. – Health care revenue cycle companies Passport Health
Communications, Inc. and eSolutions, Inc. have formed a business partnership.
Passport will provide its patient insurance eligibility data and services to be
resold to eSolutions’ physician practice and other health care provider clients.
Data will be available through the eSolutions Web-based portal to substantially
expand the amount and type of information eSolutions delivers to its clients
beyond specialty Medicare and Medicaid claims management.
“Health care providers are realizing the need to better manage financial and
administrative functions at the front and back end,” said Passport Chief Sales
and Marketing Officer Jeff Drake. “By tying in to what eSolutions is doing on
the back end, our eligibility and benefits data can be pulled across the revenue
cycle to enable providers to make better decisions.”
“Passport is recognized as one of the leading organizations in the revenue cycle
management field,” said Bill Creach, president and CEO of eSolutions. “A
partnership with Passport means a much broader list of payer connections and
patient data for our customers, and eSolutions can bring value to Passport’s
customers with additional claims-focused solutions.”
