FRANKLIN, Tenn. – Kerri Kelley Frye has been named chief accounting officer and
vice president – finance at Passport Health Communications, Inc.
Frye’s experience includes more than 25 years in banking and health care. She
has held executive-level finance positions with companies such as Quorum Health
Resources and IASIS Healthcare. Most recently Frye served as chief financial
officer of SeniorHealth Incorporated, a Nashville, Tenn.-based psychiatric and
rehabilitation hospital operator.
“Our five-year growth plan is extremely aggressive, and Kerri has the experience
and skill set to make sure our financial operations not only keep pace in the
short term, but also are a sound foundation for the long term sustainability of
the company. We are delighted to bring in someone with such a unique background
blended in health care and finance,” said Scotte Hudsmith, executive vice
president of finance and business development.
Responsibilities of Frye’s role include all of the company’s internal and
external financial reporting, accounting compliance, managing banking
relationships, leading the company’s budgeting and strategic financial planning
and supporting merger and acquisition activities.
Frye, who officially began work Jan. 1, fills the chief accounting officer
position vacated by Phil Clark, a 10-year Passport veteran who plans to focus on
Christian mission work with several Nashville-area charitable organizations. She
reports to Hudsmith.
