Scotte Hudsmith joined Passport in April 2007 as executive vice president of finance and business development. He is responsible for all the company’s financial and M&A activities, and for cultivating investor relationships.

Hudsmith’s extensive acquisition experience, along with his passion for growth and proven aptitude for networking, is critical to Passport’s growth. Through his ability to create relationships, Hudsmith helps Passport identify acquisition candidates and partnership opportunities and is systematically involved in any resulting integrations.

Prior to joining Passport, Hudsmith was president of LBMC Technologies, a full-service information technology company in Brentwood, Tenn. He has approximately 20 years of leadership experience as CFO, COO and CEO with companies such as Syngistix, Inc., SafeRent, Inc, Sienna Imaging, Inc. and Deloitte & Touche. Hudsmith holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Memphis and has successfully completed Harvard Business School’s executive management program.
