As chief
accounting officer, Phil Clark is responsible for all of Passport’s
accounting and reporting activities.
Since Clark joined the company in 1999, his role has been to oversee the
company’s general accounting functions, including financial due diligence
associated with acquisitions and integrating acquired organizations into
Passport.
Prior to joining Passport, Clark was director of accounting for Service
Merchandise Company, Inc., a national mass merchandise retailer. His primary
responsibility during his tenure at Service Merchandise related to SEC
reporting. Clark began his career as a CPA in the Nashville, Tenn. office of
Arthur Andersen. He has a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State
University and is a CPA.
