Claim status

 

Passport claim status identifies the status of claims within the payer’s adjudication process. Further, it identifies potential problems early in the receivables management process, thereby facilitating problem resolution and payment.

Passport regularly collects facility claim information and performs claim status inquiries based on facility-defined rules. As responses are received, they are posted against the original request and queued for post back into the facility HIS. Reporting options and work queues simplify the claim process even further.
