Accounts Receivable/Billing Clerk (Collections)

Job Summary:
Provides support to the Finance department while performing basic accounts
receivable and related administrative functions. This individual is
responsible for A/R collections, entering deposits, and assisting with
monthly billing. The A/R Clerk also assists with some clerical duties
including by not limited to filing and mailing.
Responsibilities:
- Processes client
inquiries and requests for documentation and research in a timely and
cooperative manner
- Enters daily cash
receipts
- Assists with data entry
and audits
- Makes collection
communication to clients with outstanding balance to secure payment
- Assists with matching
invoice support to the monthly invoices for mailing
- Enters new clients into
Accounting system
- Provides W-9 information
to our clients
- Provides backup
telephone support for the Receptionist

Data Specialist (Location - King of Prussia, PA)

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying any potential
changes to existing medical rules through review of current and historically
available hardcopy medical policies, transmittals and bulletins. This
includes but is not limited to: revision and retirement of existing policies
and the addition of new policies.
Because the Data Specialist is responsible for the accurate representation
of medical rules and edits the candidate must have proven organization
skills with extreme attention to detail, must be driven and results oriented
and the have the ability to work with little supervision.
Other Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Extracts information
from resources and translates information needed to form appropriate
logic for rules
- Completes reviews of
medical policies and publications and its integration into the required
database on a timely basis
- Prepares documentation
and reviews as needed with the Director
- Maintains all medical
rules editorials in the appropriate MS Access database utilizing
programmatic tools
- Responsible for timely
and accurate research of resources that update critical information on a
scheduled basis
- Assist with preparation
and distribution of compliance updates nationally via CD, e-mail or
coordination of file transfer with Technical Support.
- Review and investigation
of Technical Support issues submitted resulting in the formulation of
the response to be conveyed to the client
Relevant Experience Required:
- Knowledge of Current
Procedural Terminology (CPT) Coding
- Knowledge of
International Classification of Disease (ICD-9) Codes
- Ability to understand
and retain coding information, and transfer that information into
completed product data.
