William C. Mulligan has served as a Director of Passport Health Communications since April 2006. He works for Primus Venture Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity firm.  Prior to joining Primus, he served at McKinsey & Company, Inc.,  the international management consulting firm. He has served as a Managing Director of Primus since 1987. His previous work experience includes management positions at Deere and Company and First Chicago Corporation.

He is a Director of Athersys, Inc.; Bluespring Software, Inc.; Cleveland Unlimited, LLC; Coverall North America; Golf Galaxy, Inc.; InSiteOne, Inc.; and Installed Building Products.

He serves on the Board of Trustees of The Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Denison University.
