Scotte Hudsmith is our Executive Vice President of Finance and Business Development. Scotte is responsible for all financial and M&A activities as well as cultivating investor relationships.

Scotte was most recently the President of LBMC Technologies, LLC, in Brentwood, Tenn. He has more than 18 years of leadership and general business experience with companies such as Syngistix, Inc., SafeRent, Inc., Sienna Imaging, Inc. and Deloitte, Haskin & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche).

Scotte holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Memphis and has successfully completed Harvard Business School's Senior Executive Management program.
