Since May 2002, Robert Schulz has served as a Director of Passport Health Communications. He is also a partner with CB Health Ventures and a member of the Board of Directors of Caremedic Systems.

Prior to joining CB Health Ventures, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Harris & Harris Group, a publicly-traded, closed-end venture capital fund. Prior to Harris & Harris, he spent 10 years in the corporate finance department of Credit Suisse First Boston. As a chemical engineer, he held various research-related positions at the Chevron Research Company, Exxon Research and Engineering Company, and DuPont.

He received his bachelor's and master's degrees in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his MBA from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business.
