Phillip C. Molner has served as a Director of Passport Health Communications since April 2006. He also serves with Primus Venture Partners since 2001 and has seven years of private equity experience. Prior to joining Primus, he served in various roles at McKinsey & Company and The Boston Consulting Group. He earned a bachelor's in economics and mathematics from Yale University and a juris doctorate from Yale Law School.

He is currently a Director of Encore Legal Solutions, Inc.; Focus Receivables Management; MedHost, Inc.; and Universal Tax Systems, Inc.
