Phil Clark is our Chief Accounting Officer and is responsible for all accounting and reporting activities.

Mr. Clark joined Passport in March 1999 as Controller and was promoted to Vice President and Controller in June 2001. Prior to Passport, he worked with Service Merchandise Company, Inc., a national mass merchandise retailer, as Director of Accounting. His primary responsibility during his tenure at Service Merchandise related to SEC reporting. Mr. Clark began his career as a CPA at Arthur Andersen in the Nashville office. He has a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University in Business Administration and is a CPA.
