Katy Johnston is Chief Synergy Officer for Passport Health Communications. She leads integration activities for Passport acquisitions to ensure smooth customer, operational and employee transition for companies that Passport acquires. Johnston also is responsible for the all employee programs and is the steward and facilitator of corporate strategies.

She previously worked for the North Highland Company as Principal of Human Capital Consulting where she provided leadership to consulting teams providing varied human capital consulting to corporate clients, including Passport Health Communications. She has also provided human resources oversight and guidance as Corporate Human Resources Director for American Healthways, a leading disease management company.

Johnston earned her BS in advertising from Middle Tennessee State University in 1985 and was in general studies at Rhodes College. She is a Certified Compensation Professional through the American Compensation Association/ World at Work, and she is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources through the Society for Human Resources Management.
