With more than 25 years of healthcare experience, Jim Lackey brings exceptional insight to Passport Health Communications and its products and services. In 1996, he joined Passport as President and in 1998 assumed the additional responsibilities of CEO.

In late 2005, he passed his presidential responsibilities onto Keith Ely and has recently taken on the role of Chairman of the Board for Passport.

He began his career in 1978 working in the financial administration department for a 300-bed community hospital. Over the years, he has served as a consultant for Ernst & Young, LLP and for a managed Medicaid intermediary.  He was Assistant Vice President of Administration for HealthAmerica Corporation, Vice President of Administration and founding officer for Coventry Corporation, and President of FOCUS Healthcare Management.
