Gerald J. Sullivan has served as a Director of Passport Health Communications since June 2001. He also serves as Chairman of The Sullivan Group, a privately-held consortium of independent insurance-related companies handling in excess of $1 billion in annual premium volume.

 

He received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
