It is the goal of the Passport
Charitable Giving Committee to provide support to organizations and enhance
the lives of the people in the communities in which we reside through gifts
of time and money. The
10-member committee of employee volunteers is chaired by Patrick Harkins,
Vice President of Content Development. The Charitable Giving Committee
supports causes that are related to the mission and purpose of Passport’s
business, those that are focused on improving health care or the health of
the people in the communities we serve. The committee is charged with
determining, in an unbiased way, the best use for the charitable dollars we
have available from the company.
Some of the organizations that Passport provides support through Charitable
Giving are as follows:
-
American Diabetes
Association
-
American Heart
Association
